Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection Policy

All email addresses posted on this website are protected under Article 15 (Collection and Use of Personal Information) of the Personal Information Protection Act. Unauthorized collection of email addresses is strictly prohibited, except in cases specified by law or where consent has been obtained.

Article 15 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

  1. A personal data processor may collect personal information in the following cases and use it within the scope of the collection purpose:

    1. When consent is obtained from the data subject

    2. When there are special provisions in laws or regulations requiring the collection of personal information

    3. When necessary for public institutions to perform tasks defined by law or regulations

    4. When necessary to enter into and fulfill a contract with the data subject

    5. When the data subject or their legal representative is unable to express consent due to health reasons, unknown address, or emergency situations that threaten the life, body, or property of the data subject or third parties

    6. When it is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the data processor, provided that it does not exceed the scope of the data subject's rights.

  2. When obtaining consent from the data subject as per Article 15 (1), the data processor must inform the data subject of the following:

    • Any changes to the purpose of collecting or using personal information

    • The categories of personal information being collected

    • The retention period of the collected personal information

    • The right to refuse consent and the potential consequences if consent is refused

This policy ensures that personal information, including email addresses, is only collected and used in compliance with the legal requirements and with proper consent. Unauthorized collection is subject to legal action.
