Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions set forth the terms, conditions, and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Hana Loss Adjustment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through its website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

User: Any individual or entity receiving services provided by the Company under these Terms.

Service Agreement: A contract established between the Company and the User for the use of services.

Sign-up: The act of filling out the Company's registration form with required information and agreeing to these Terms to complete the service agreement.

Member: A registered user who has provided the necessary personal information for membership registration.

User ID: A unique combination of letters and numbers chosen by the User and approved by the Company for identification and service access.

Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect their personal information.

Termination of Use: The act of either the Company or the User terminating the service agreement.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
Members who do not agree with changes to these Terms may request membership cancellation. If a Member continues to use the Services for more than seven (7) days after the revised Terms take effect without expressing objections, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

These Terms take effect upon posting on the service screen, bulletin board, or other notification methods.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as needed. Any modifications will be publicly announced on the service screen. If a User continues to use the Services seven (7) days after the modification notice, they are deemed to have accepted the changes.

If a User does not agree to the modified Terms, they must stop using the Services and cancel their membership.
Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2: Service Agreement
Article 5 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
The service agreement is established through the Company’s approval of the User’s application and the User’s consent to these Terms.
Article 6 (Service Application)
Users may apply for the Services by completing the required registration form and providing personal information as requested by the Company.
Article 7 (Approval of Service Application)

The Company shall approve the application if the User provides accurate information in the registration form and there are no exceptional circumstances.

The Company may refuse approval in the following cases:

When the application is not made under the applicant’s real name.

When another person’s name is used for registration.
-
When false information is provided in the application.
-
When the application violates public order or good morals.
-
When other application requirements set by the Company are not met.

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Information)
If any information provided during registration changes, the Member must update it. The Member is responsible for any issues arising from failure to update their information.
Chapter 3: Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not disclose or distribute a Member’s personal information without their consent, except in the following cases:

When required by law or government authorities under legal procedures.

When necessary for criminal investigations or other legal proceedings.
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following activities while using the Services:

Illegally using another Member’s ID.
-
Reproducing or distributing service information to third parties.
-
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Uploading content that violates public order or good morals.
-
Engaging in activities that are criminal in nature.

Violating any relevant laws and regulations.

Members must not use the Services for commercial activities. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized business use.

Members may not transfer or assign their rights and obligations under the service agreement to a third party.
Chapter 4: Use of Services
Article 11 (Member Responsibilities)

Members are responsible for maintaining their email, message board, and registered data.

Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify any materials provided by the Company.

Members must not post content that violates public order or infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
The Company reserves the right to delete any content without prior notice if it falls under the following:

Defamatory or slanderous statements against other Members or third parties.

Content that violates public morals.
-
Content associated with criminal activities.
-
Copyright-infringing content.
-
Uploading of obscene materials or links to adult sites.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of all posts belongs to the original author. Members may not use service materials for commercial purposes without permission.
Article 14 (Service Availability)
The Services are available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues arise. However, service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Article 15 (Service Use Responsibility)
Users must not engage in hacking, distributing illegal software, or linking to adult sites. The Company is not responsible for any legal consequences, financial losses, or damages resulting from such activities.
Article 16 (Service Suspension)
The Company may suspend services under the following conditions:

System maintenance or upgrades.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters.

Government-imposed regulations or restrictions.
Chapter 5: Termination and Usage Restrictions
Article 17 (Termination and Restrictions on Use)

Users may terminate their membership through an online request.

The Company may restrict or terminate service use under the following circumstances:

Fraudulent use of another person’s ID or password.

Intentional disruption of service operations.

Providing false information during registration.
-
Engaging in illegal or inappropriate activities.

Violating public morals or defaming others.

Unauthorized distribution of advertising materials or spam.

Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Assignment)
Members may not transfer or assign their service rights and obligations to third parties.
Article 19 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for damages incurred from free services, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

The Company is not responsible for technical failures, maintenance downtimes, or Member-caused service disruptions.

The Company does not guarantee any benefits or accuracy of information obtained through the Services.
Article 21 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be settled in the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered address.
